1) Log into Salesforce.com and click on the Setup link at the top of the screen.
2) Under App Setup, click "Customize", then "Contacts", then "Custom Links"
3) Click the "New" button to create a new custom link.
4) Whatever text you enter in the Link Label box will display on your Salesforce.com interface as the name of the link. (ie, Related Websites)
5) Make sure Link Type is "URL" and then click "Next"
6) In the Link URL text box, enter: http://del.icio.us/tag/SFDC-{!Contact_ID} and then click "Next"

7) Under "Step 3. Choose Window Open Type", select "Open in Salesforce window with sidebar" and then click "Next"
8) Leave Height (in pixels) as 600, then click "Next"
9) Click "Save", then click "OK" on the dialog box. Now, add the link to your page layout
10) In the left navigation, click "Page Layouts" under, App Setup, Customize, Contacts
11) Click "Edit" next to the page layout to which you are adding this link
12) Select, "Contact Custom Links" in the drop-down menu on the right side of the screen
13) In the Contact Custom Links box, click the name of your link from step #4 above, and drag it to the Custom Links box near the center of the screen
14) Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen
15) You are ready to use the salesforce.com/del.icio.us mashup
